January 11-15, 2010
This week we will begin a new novel. This novel takes place in a country with a culture much different than our own. Be sure to check the blog everyday to make sure you keep your posts up-to-date! Remember each post needs to be answered in complete sentences.

1) He does it so Min can get a royal commision.

Note: there is a still a rat in mr. simkins' closet, (and another came, and there is actualy a family of rats there).
Tree-ear offered the journey so Min can get a royal commision and maybe get a lesson on pottery.
Mins reaction was kind of harsh because Tree-ear is an orphan. I mean just becuase your not his dad, that doesn't mean you go and be so hard.

2)Min was probably suprised because the book said that Min sat motionless for a moment.
